- SuzanneI was just notified by my bank about what might be a fraudulent charge of $644.19. I know that I did not charge anything in that amount, because I rarely use that credit card for large charges at all. On the same day, another charge was run but did not go through. The $644 charge was from Bravado, but there was no number to call. My bank is going to do an investigation into it, but there is obviously something fishy going on here. The other charge did not go through, but it was for over $100 and it was from RVCA Web, and my bank told me that charge was out of California. Hope they can catch whoever is doing this.
- EmilyJust got a charge on my debit card 41.01...I have no idea what it is..

- TexWe used our Debit Card to buy 2 tee shirts at a concert about 7:00 pm Sunday night 95/3/15)- yesterday (5/5/515)- Approx $2,400 has been debited out of our checking account ALL FROM BERLIN GERMANY - at least 15 different transactions, various places, some 3 times from same place.. some small charges, some larger.. Our bank is working on this but I just can't help but think the charge on 5/3/15 has something to do with this.. That charge (which was legit) shows up at Bravado International.. then 36 hours later we have international charges??
- Lisa NI ordered my t shirts 6/15/2015 and with many excuses still have not seen my t shirt. They always have a excuse but really I am getting tired of waiting. If I had known that I was going to have to wait for this long I would have just bought it at the show. I missed out being able to ware it at the show and the show has come and gone July 1st and I still am waiting for my shirt. Are you guys knitting the material or what?

- NickSame charge. But it was for an order that was 3 months old and they just now charged it. I had them cancel it and they are putting the money back. The lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding

- FFDP Fan| 1 replyThis wasn't actually a phone call, but a charge on my VISA.
Today I saw the 8.65 charge for "DAI-Bravado 866-667-4478" on my bank statement, and freaked thinking it was fraudulent. Google search. Came here. Read posts. Memory jogged. Remembered I had used a promo code a few weeks ago to get a free t-shirt for a band I like, Five Finger Death Punch, but I would have to pay shipping. Checked old e-mails. Found this Feb 29, 2016 e-mail:

The company is legit. Their clients are music artists. Chances are, most who think it's fraud, probably bought something and forgot about it, or don't recognize the source of the charges. http://www.bravadousa.com/index.php- Caller: BravadoUSA
- CDThis is a fraud! Do not believe any of these comments about being a music download. They are from the perpetrators.
- Matt| 4 repliesWas just doing a routine check of my recent financial statement and saw this charge and was immediately concerned given the name was completely unrecognizable to me coupled with the fact that my bank described the charge as something to do with insurance for 112.83. Knowing I don't have any insurance policies associated with this card, my blood ran cold thinking there was some kind of identity theft issue; but in the end it was a legitimate charge for several Green Day t-shirts I had bought. I doubt checked my confirmation email from their official site and they specifically enumerated that this is what the charge would appear as. My bigger complaint is honestly with the bank for not giving a more specific accounting of items purchased. Don't panic like I did though until you review documentation that might identify what you've recently purchased! Hope this helps!
- BigA replies to Matt| 3 repliesWe seem to have a ton of people claiming they had unknown charges, did a search and "found" this site going back quite a few years. All saying these charges are legitimate. Now you said you checked your e mail, so how did you end up here? I have to wonder if these aren't all shill posts for this scam. It wouldn't be the first time a thread was filled with them.
- TheRealSeriously® replies to BigA| 2 repliesWhy else would there be a ton of posters saying it's legit? Or were you being rhetorical?
- BigA replies to TheRealSeriously®| 1 replyYep, that is a question that doesn't need to be answered because the answer is obvious.
- TheRealSeriously® replies to BigAJust double-checking!
- Scam Warning replies to FFDP FanAnother shill for the fraud posting false information here. Don't be fooled - this is a scam.
- Resident47Merchants making remote transactions have long been required to disclose at the point of purchase which character string, sometimes inscrutable, will represent the transaction on a credit card statement. It might reflect the seller or a parent company or maybe a third party processor. The billing notation should not be a surprise later. Customers cannot cast blame for their own inattention.
A casual search with the phrase "unauthorized charge" yields a low complaint volume since 2009, but the cited problems are consistent. Customers place orders and get nothing but silence or excuses. Others get charges they are certain they never initiated. I take it Bravado deals in a lot of ephemeral keepsake goods with much turnover. They're bound to goof sometimes.
But if the same basic customer service problems recur each year, something else is going on -- which is not explained away by a parade of personalities who have all developed 'purchase amnesia' and came running to a phone call complaint site to publicly confess their own stupidity.
I presume the full name is Bravado International Group Merchandising Services Inc. (Big Ms?!) They appear to litigate often in trademark disputes, as defendant and plaintiff. - NdakotaI read all the posts. I think two options are available. One is they are shills or two they all have developed a case of "brain death" and we should should notify the CDC. I find it unbelievable that so many "forgot" a charge.
