Received another call from 866 668 8047 today...chat with person by the name of "John"/"Jon"...told him that I wasn't interested in "Dish Network" and to please remove my number from his 'call list'..he was very polite and said that he would....now...lets see if he does...

I sent a certified letter to Dish network which they signed for on 10/9, they even sent me a letter back confirming my wish to be put on their do not call list! Today I have received 3 calls from them! Is there not a law against this? I have proof that I am on the DO not call list!
I was a customer for 11 years and cancelled because we got cable with high speed internet. Now I wish I had never had them!

I did that also as well as the certified letter, obviously it does not work! Good Luck

Tried to set up service with Dish Network but could not get a signal. I have now been getting coutless calls from them on my cell phone. They don't leave messages and just keep calling.

I sent Dish Network an email yesterday afternoon and they called my cell 5 times last night!! I recieved a response to my email:

Please understand that independent retailers are making telemarketing calls as well. If you receive further calls, you will need to notify the telemarketer that you wish to be removed from the retailers individual call list. I thought I was being harassed because I canceled with Dish Network. Apparently this is not the case. You have to consider the arrogance of the idiots that hire telemarketers to do this kind of nonsense. I will be calling Dish Network and hoping I can talk to someone who has a command of the English language. Know what I mean?

i get three calls a day- morning - noon and night.  our town was flooded and my home was flooded(three feet of water in the house)  the receivers were thrown away because they were contaminated and useless and they want me to send them back and i keep telling them that i don't have them and why and they just nag nag.  I have told them at least  20-30 times, sent e-mails to no avail.  today, i called a lawyer and will proceed from there.  all i can say is if you don't have dish, don't  get it.

This number is dish network...You can call back that number and request to not have sales keep calling you. They say it takes 30 days. It's so annoying they call like 6 times a day sometimes.

Nothing, I don't answer.  They just call two times a day.  Gets old.

It was Dish Network calling.  I called back and option 2 at the time was to put my number on their no-call list.  The number they thought they were calling was someonelse's number.  That was weird.  They claim to have put that number on the no-call list.  And, asked if I wanted to put another number on their no-call list.

This number has called my phone so many times in the last three weeks i lost count. I get calls morning, noon, and night. They won't stop calling!!!!!!!!! If someone knows how to stop this i would love to know.

Dish Network keeps calling every 2 hours. so far today 5 times! Is there a way to prevent them from calling? THey lied about how much their service was going to cost and now they will not leave me alone!

Yes I too recieved numerous calles from 866-668-8047.  Called the number and of course the person apologized for the calls and stated she would definately put my number on their do not call list.  We all need to get together and file a class action lawsuit again these folks, maybe they would  wake up!!
