Received a fax from this company.  Sound good but dunno.  Anyone else had dealings?  Are they legit?

If you received a fax that had no identifiable sender and offered $25.00 Doctor Visits and other association member benefits as well as a Nationwide PPO Network of Doctors; I sure hope you didn't call them and geet sucked into their scam. All they want is access to your checking account. They arn't selling insurance and you will never get your money back. You should send a complaint letter with a copy of the fax to the FCC and the FTC (they both have web sites where you can register a complaint). It they got into your checking acount you will have to write a letter to your bank explaining how you were defrauded or close your checking account. You may wish to contact your State Attorney General's office and your State Department of Insurance. I do believe it's a violation of law to sell insurance without a license, even fake insurance.
