it's a collection agency calling to collect a debt on aspire credit card

harrasing phone call

called me at 8:30am on my day off!!!

20 minute wait time, then claims to be calling about a "tribute" card. from "Wilks County NC."
5 more minutes for a supervisor, that starts with they are a "card services" company, plays broken record for another 10 minutes & claims they have no wait times to reach them.  Refuses to properly ID themselves or company.  Must be a collection agency of some sort.

It has been calling for me AT  WORK!!  Isn't that against the law?

You have to notify them in writing that you are not allowed to be called at work. If you do, and they continue to call, then they are in violation of FDCPA laws. Send it VIA certified mail with return receipt requested.

I keep getting calls from this number and don't have an Aspire card.

This is the credit/collections dept. for Credit One visa/mastercard. Maybe they also represent Aspire, but I don't have an Aspire card. I have Credit One and that's the account they were calling in regards to!

I got a call at 6:15am for this card that I dont even have.

Repeated calls from this collector for a person named "Anna-Marie", who does not have and has never had the number I now have. When informed of the wrong number and allowed to verify what number they were calling, they stated the number had been removed from their dialer -- then called back at 8am this morning. No caller from that number ever identified themselves at all.

getting calls daily to our Fax # from this party,which do not connect.We can retrieve phone records,having Vonage.
No Aspire card here...and no other CC's that are in any type of collection.

I have had my phone number since Dec. and have been getting calls since Jan. for someone named Rhonda. I have no idea who she is. They don't seem to understand that I don't know her and remove my number from their list. I have called them and explained the situation to them and they can't seem to find my number in the system. Obiviously they have it stored somewhere but can't find it. I am tired of hearing from Card Services!!!!
