Number of calls to cell phone with no message left

calling my wife on the job. that could get her fired. there is a law on that. need help

call and leave message to call back  and give personal information to who ever answer the phone.

Every few months I get a different co calling to collect on some alledged old pay day loan from 10 years ago that I DON'T owe.  I find out who it is and send the cease and desist letter proving they are full of [***] and wrong with their misinformation. They then sell my phone number and name to another lying pack of thieves who call me and do the same kind of harrassment.  Why aren't these people all in prison!!!!!!!!!!!???   Authorities are falling down on the job each time these people make a call.
