- EricaA female called our home on 2008-08-12 @ 8:34 p.m. She said her name was Rebecca F. and she was an Autism Foundation representative. Also, she said that she was not taking donations; but, was simply asking if she could send pre-addressed envelopes to my home so that I can deliver them to my friends & neighbors. She further explained that my friends & neighbors will be able to decide whether or not they would like to make a donation. I asked, "Why are you asking me and not doing it yourself?" She did not answer and giggled. Anyway, I asked her what was the name, address & phone number of the company that she was actually working for? She reluctantly said, "Infocision, 325 Springside Dr., Akron, OH 44333, ph: 330/668-1400". I do not trust these people. Most of them only feed their own pockets. I asked her not to call my home again & to put me on their "do not call list".

- DwightI've been receiving these calls since April 2008.
Today, thanks to the Winfield, Alabama, police investigator, I have another number for the Aurism Foundation Wings of Hope: 866-582-7634. It takes about half an hour for them to answer but they're paying for it.The are SUPPOSEDLY a nonprofit, but I consider them otherwise.
Reporting them to the FTC Do Not Call has not been helpful.
If I get anymore calls, I will be contacting an attorney to file for legal compensation - about $10,000.00 per call in Alabama for harrassing communications!- Caller: Autism Foundation Wings of Hope
- jaaContinuously call. Always during meal time.
- jrgSame as most of what you all are reporting... Calls come in from them every three or four days. My zapper presents our number is non-working, but they continue to try... Interesting. Wish someone could fine them big-time.
- someoneinnj replies to EGSsame thing - repeat caller, doesn't leave message
- Moonshot| 1 replyLooking at their site, I notice the email address for Steve Brubaker, VP of Corporate Affairs. His email address is: steve.brubaker@infocision.com. If you look at the list of Executive Officers, you would think they use the same email layout. Therefore, why not email all Executive Officers if this is true.

- BarbThis number called my home at 9 p.m. on a school night! They are from the Wings of Hope Autism Foundation.
I am not happy about the time they called or and also the fact that I am on the do not
call list. HOWEVER..... I just found out that the do not call list does
not include the not for profit organizations. So, they can legally call you and me if they want. You must tell them to take you off their list.- Caller: Wings of Hope

- Jan| 1 replyJust got call from Autism Foundation. I answer all out of area and unknown calls with "Tonys Pizza"--how can I help you. Confuses the heck out of telemarketers. When they ask for someone I just say no one by that name works here. Would you like to place an order, this is a pizza shop. Usually dont get a repeat call and I get a chuckle. No harm done.
