Repeated calls from this number. Had trouble with 866 numbers before. One individual called claiming to be from visa wanting to  know if the last four of a credit card they gave me matched what I have on mine.

This may be the number for Citibank government travel card... (???)

It is a number for CiTiBank's government travel card program.

I keep getting calls and voice mails from this number for Devin Bates. I DO NOT KNOW this person and have had this number for over a year now. I have repeatedly told them this is not his number. How do I get them to stop calling me??

When I pick up the phone no one speaks, but they just listen then hang up.  It's happened twice.  Why is that?

Got this annoying number calling in the morning like 8am' twice so far at different times.  When I pick up the phone no one says anything, but it seems as if they're listening and then they hang up.  I'm in the military and I am issued a government travel card when I TDY.  If it is Citi Bank I would think they would be professional and speak to me over the phone for whatever issues they are calling about in regards to my account.  Maybe this number once belonged to Citi Bank, but now it belongs to a telemarketing or prank caller.  I will inquire about this number the next time I deal with Citi.

got a call on my message machine from this number about my sons travel .. called back 866-670-6461 and they asked for my sons ssn which I declined
emailed my son and he said it was bogus as he wasn't doing any car stuff

Keep getting call about my government credit card which I don't have?

It's a legitimate number.  It's the Citibank DoD Travel Card number.

For the last three months or more, there have been 1-3 robo voice messages telling me its Citibank Gov Credit card and i need to call back asap to keep my card usable.

Ive called back. Twice today. The automated system requires my credit card number or my social security number.

I ask for customer service/customer rep. It says that it will transfer me and every time the call disconnects from their end.

Highly suspicious that i don't have a Citibank card at all, have had the same phone number since the 90’s, & i cant talk to a real person.

The number is for the collections dept of Citibank.
