This is not Citi, I called them on their regular number and their rep looked into it and said this number is not tied to any of their departments.

It's the number for Citibank's Credit card hardship program for people with debt etc.

I was talking to Citi's regular customer service, but the connection was bad so that person gave me this number and I called it, and then this person helped answer my questions about payment plans etc.

I've received several calls telling me its a time sensitive personal matter without details and asking me to call 866-670-6730 but the call if from a FL number 904-903-4050. This is a scam
