Ask for a some one I know they tell me if this person don't call them today that they will take legal action against this person at the end of the day. Would not give name of company.

They called my wife's phone looking for me and said that they have a paper for my county and they were going to serve me in 72 hours if I didn't call the number back. They didn't leave no name or company of Theres. Did anyone else get the same message

I see you actually posted under the correct thread so why did you feel the need to ask, 3 times, in a thread about a completely different number if anyone there had gotten a call from this number?

On topic, this is a scam. NO process server is going to call you in advance; you could hide if you knew they were coming. And you can't buy your way out of a summons, either, which is what they will claim if you speak to them. Just block and ignore their calls.

they called me said his name is paul miller and was with department of legal service i reported them to ftc

Some idiot named Paul claiming to be with some service.  Never gave their full name but wanted my SS# so he could identify me.  I hung up and blocked the number.

They called me from 8666706833 and threatened to have law enforcement at my work or home within 24 hours if i did not respond and they had my social security # which makes me really uncomfortable. I'm reporting this. They also said they were a Mr. Daniels  from district attorney's office. Haha. This is illegal. This is like the 12th call I have received over the past 3 years. Time to take some action.....
