i got a call from this number stating they were an attorney/ legal aide attorney from this number with papers to serve me on civil suite case, and they were out of new york, they stated that a online bank account i suppose to have had is filing a civil suite againts me and they were tryn to hear my side of the story and make sure no hackers were using my information. what is this sht all about?????? who r these people?????

It sounds to me like you're being softened up for a scam. If you talk to them again, tell them nothing. No info. whatsoever. Tell them to put what they have in writing and mail it to you. Not e-mail or fax. If they refuse, they're frauds or 3rd party collectors setting you up for a demand of payment on a bogus or invalid debt.
Research the FDCPA. It's easy, just Google it. Know your rights. Frauds hate it when they become aware that they're not dealing with a fool.

they called me from this number and told me they were going to serve me at home or employment so i needed to call them back it was a legal matter that i needed to take care of they called me at my work and cell phone number i have no idea who this is and i didnt call them back. either i am sure it is a 3rd party calling. me.

i dont think its a scam because they already had my name, ssn, and all of my other info. and then they gave me some information on my case. thats a bad scam...lol...but you never know

same kind of call

I got a call this morning from this number at my friends house in Oklahoma. I thought is was weird that first, some one with any legal issue was looking for me but next that they would try to find me at my friends phone number and not mine.The guy left a message stating that his name was Don Jasper with DHS and that I was a person of interest. He left a file number AA44141 and stated that claims and allegations were involved. Then he said his extension was 705 with the Dept of Legal Services.  Way to confusing so I googled the phone number and found this website. Hope all of these details help anyone else who gets this call!!

Called me with the same crap -  Said she was Tiffany Jones from Department of Legal Services

Got same message with investigator Tiffany Jones....said they woul visit place of employment or home before noon tomorrow

Tiffany Jones called me and said she was serving me papers and Good Luck.

Called left the same message as Becky . My loyalty has paid off .

text message stating Due to loyalty I had an increase coming to sign in to collect. I have no credit that offers that.
SCAM!!

Now this number is associated with spamming via text offering to "complete" a loan.
