    The lowest form of collector.  They go after loans that are not only written off....but have long since fell of your credit rating. If you talk with them, acknowledge the debt, or worse give them any money...... just like that .....the debt that expired on your credit report will be there again ruining your credit score.  They prey on elderly and quite frankly ignorant people because anyone who knows how this works will only block their numbers.  They pass these debts from one company to another like cigarettes' in jail.
