Most likely a scam.

They ask for a $50.00 upfront fee and of course a credit card number.  Ignore and block the calls.

I would contact the attorney general of your state about this.  Absolutely DO NOT give them any money or

financial information.

I too was hit up for 50 dollars then I had some other people call me with the same line and they were asking for more money. Saying they were gonna deposit the grant money into my account . guy got pissed cussed me out cause I told him to western union me the money. I call the dentist and they are saying I have an appt there is a deposit it won't be refunded . Something is fishy.. This really needs to be checked on. Don't know how to go about reporting this grant site

Just got a pushy call asking for the credit card information to get an appointment for the dental initial visit. I have submitted my info for the dental grants as well.

I made an appointment but did not give a deposit. I am going there in person. I was told I can give the deposit in person. I will not give a credit card, but I may take a chance with cash. I will look the place over and then Decide if I want to go ahead with the appointment. I am going to be there a couple of hours early and watch it the office.

What happened in your case? Did you get Dental Implants?  Or is this a scam? I'm wanting to know bc i just began to talk to them about getting implants and if its a scam I dint want no part of it.

Well I can tell you just can't wait to get scammed.  Lots of other posts in here and you choose the one from 2016 to ask a question?  Are you expecting them back after 3 years?  Try reading the ones that tell you all about this scam.

Well hopefully for you that person will stop back after 2 years to answer you.  Tell me, do you really want to trust your dental work to someone who needs to get business like this?

       I am a practicing implant dentist, with 39 years experience. I heard about "cosmetic dentistry grants" advertised on a local radio station, and I went to the website. My first, basic question, was if it was a non-profit, which it claims to be, where is the funding coming from? One spot on the site suggested it was coming from the government somewhere, but I could find no hard evidence of this. So what is it? It' appears to be a mere referral service. That the "participating dentist" pays for. This is the only income source for CDG, and the only source of it's "grants". By avoiding payment for general dental services and limiting "grants" to "cosmetic procedures" only, it creates an income flow for the general work, then supposedly offers "grants" for subsequent "cosmetic" work. And the income to the participating dentist is enough to warrant his/her payments to CDG for the referral. That's a unique scheme, and, in my opinion, a deceptive one. I would advise anyone looking at this "grant program" to be cautious. It attracts dentists who "need patients", and this unfortunately also can result in what I would term "aggressive" treatment plans. (i.e., plans that prescribe treatment that is questionable and possibly not necessary). One thing that tipped me off was the "claim" that they've paid out over $1, 000, 000 in grants. Only one milllion? Over ten years? That's not much in the scheme of things. The reality is that good dentistry is, and always has been somewhat costly, and implant treatment is even more so because of the cost of the parts involved. To all the potential patients who are looking at this, please, please be careful.
