Haven't stopped calling for about a month now. A few times a day and then a break and then the calls start up again.

Never leaves any messages and is prolly just telly markers.

866-670-9412 is the number to ABC Financial of Sherwood Arkansas (http://www.abcfinancial.com).  They provide billing services for fitness clubs.  This company has the habit of engaging in the illegal habit systematically over charging customers at the end of a contract.

The # is for ABC financial.  I answer and get a recording saying to call them regarding billing.  I had a month to month contract with them. i paid first and last up front.  they keep calling trying to bill me for the last month which i already paid.

ABC Financial Services.  I moved and they refused to cancel my contract after faxing a copy of a new license with issue date.  Be careful when dealing with this company, they try to rip off gym/health-club clients.

Yes this is in fact ABC Financial which in coordination with your gym membership have a practice of billing extra months, even after you followed the proper cancellation policies and paid the early cancellation fee.  I don't know what other gym's use their service, but I will NEVER join another Gold's Gym!  I will gladly pay higher fee's with a month to month gym.

Agreed. I cancelled my membership in Dec and I am still getting charged b/c they say they cant cancel the mebership with an outstanding balance, yet I followed all of the appropriate protocol set forth by the gym staff. A total load of crap and the gym isnt much help either. It's the Golds Gym in Sandy Springs, Ga off Roswell Rd.

They called three times today. My gym payment is due. But still, it was due yesterday and they called three times today?? thats ridiculous

I just called the number back and they have a automated information, after going through the menu I heard they say that my account will be automaticaly renewed! What???  I don't think so! sheesh. I am on hold to talk to someone right now.

My membership was not at a Gold's gym.. it was Club Boom.

I had a Best Fitness membership 8 years ago and now that it has finally been removed, per statute, from my credit report, they start calling.  I learned from another credit collection company that if I just ignore them, they can't put this back on my credit report.  You have to have some type of contact with them, whether it be to call them back, or send them a letter to stop contacting you, that restarts the time clock.  Don't they have anything better to do?? My god!  It was 8 years ago.

ABC calls with an automated message just about everyday and multiple times a day on occasion and i would not and recommend nobody else consider paying any attention to them even if you do owe them money because a business that doesnt care enough to have a live representative to speak with you obviously does not want their money that badly.
ABC is pathetic unfortunately many gym's use them to bill you so if you are going to join a gym ask if who they will use if it is ABC financial stay away or just pay cash

Vision Quest is another gym that uses it...my membership was $16 a month and ABC financial charged me $19 of cc decline fee because of an expired cc...how can they charge you more then what you membership is even worth?

Yep - my daughter joined a local gym in Elk Grove CA and utilized this sleeze company.  She is underage (17 years old), paid for 6 months, and then quit because the manager made her nervous. I never co-signed a contract!  Now, both the manager and ABC call here constantly.  I've told ABC they can't do anything since she is a minor and she paid in full but they refuse to talk to me and keep calling.  I told them to cease and desist.  They refuse.  I'm filing comlaints with the AG's office and the FCC.

We have been dealing with this company for 8 months. We followed the proper protocol to non-renew our Gold's Gym membership (which included return-receipt mailings - which they signed for so we know the received them)and they are still billing our credit card month after month. Our credit card company is now fighting the charges for us.

I too am receivieng these calls and I have never belonged to a gym of any sort nor anyone in my family.  Anyone had that happen?

I keep getting calls from this number but they have the wrong number.  They won't leave me alone.  I keep telling them I don't know the person but they won't stop calling me.
