This place keeps calling me I don't know who they are they say their a debt collector. Which they are a spam call.

These guys are full of [***]. They threatened to publish my name on Craig's list. Something about children's booty holes. I called the Palm Beach County Sheriff Sheriff. I made a report. I also called the Florida State Attorney,  the FTC, and BBB. They said they were coming to get my car and motorcycles. The guy said I am 61 and would be lucky to last 10 more NFL seasons. I would be dead. Plus I will die on my motorcycle. I have over a 800 credit score. I never took out a payday loan. Nice guy!

I called back the number cuz I thought it was a credit card I had in dispute.  Turns out it's a scam on a speedy cash loan in only my name I never took out. Guy starts bashing me screaming at me. I told him my identity must have been stolen.  He read my ss number back to me. I told him that number is all over the dark web.i told him go ahead and sue me and hung up. He left another voice mail screaming at me saying now he is going to nail me and my husband's ass to the wall. I liked a police report on it.

Called and said I owed money on a debt, it was their last attempt to get me to answer. I have only seen their number on my call log twice. It is a spam!

I called the number back. But as soon as Mr Davis picked up I hung up. The original number was from Jackson ,Mississippi. The voicemail was a computer voice.

I received a phone call message to call this number. When I called it back I spoke with Megan Smith who said that I owed a debt from speedy cash. I did have a speedy cash account that I bankrupted on back in 2015 so I called Speedy Cash and they said no I never did any loan in 2016 and that I do not owe anything. I called the number back which by the way popped up as a Tennessee cell phone number and they hung up on me three times. Then I called back and they said that they were going to file a harassment suit for playing on the phone.  I also asked for their company name and address they couldn't give it to me. I asked for a debt validation couldn't give it to me. She said you know what you did.  I filed an ic3.gov complaint better Business bureau and I called the state attorney general.  Also filed a complaint with the cfpb.

I have continued to receive fictions scam calls regarding a payday loan I never took period. I block them and they continue to wait weeks then call and leave imbosilic message threatening again and again. They are frauds. Beware.

Said her name was Meghan Smith and I owe money and it was my last chance to resolve the issue never said a company name or anything!! Another scam artist in this world!!

Same. Supposedly they don’t have a website that’s when I knew it was fishy. Same story as the rest of the reviews. Megan Smith and Stanley Rivers. Said my husband took out a $3000 payday loan years ago when he made $13/hr! Yeah right! I’ll be submitting to my city’s BBB as well.

I just received a message from a 984-489-0340 stating that there was a serious matter that needs to be handled and they have tried to reach me several times and if I don't obey this call they will report me. Said I should call Megan Smith at 1-866-673-9570. No company name whatsoever

Called about a debt they did not specify.  Wanted me to call Meghan Smith at the 866-673-9570 number. Didn’t identify company calling from. Decided not to call back.

Fraudulent robocall from 785-289-4152 claiming you have a collections debt and must call 866-673-9570 to resolve.

"This message is for [name]. It seems we have exhausted all resources to try to reach you in regards to a collections matter in our office. There were several attempts by the creditor for you to respond and handle the situation. This has been our attempt to get your attention on this account before it is deemed a deliberate attempt to evade the issue. Contact Megan Smith if you wish to gather more information to handle this account. 866 673 9570."

I just got the same exact voicemail. Scammers!!

This is the 2nd call from this number. Definitely scammers. The script above was the information I received during the call.
The phone used to call me was: 701-877-1890, but the number given for a return call was 866-673-9570.

Nearly 2 months later and still using the same fraudulent robocall recordng, from 304-579-8504 this time.

This call came from 217-970-2337. I got the same spill on the cam and when I called them I asked for the man’s name and he became rudely loud by asking how may I help you as asked him what Company are you representing he started calling me a debt beat American who doesn’t pay the debts I have and as I asked him again which company is it that I supposedly owe he got Louder and said hold on and put me on a hold and the came back on the phone and disconnected the call.

Received this message about a collection matter. I have a high credit score and keep track of my credit score. No late payments at all and never received any other form of mailed communication.
