got same call.  saw caller ID as "Toll Free Call".  I hit on, then off on the cordless phone.
Interesting, I just had Firestone change my battery two days ago.
Glad others reported it as firestone -- they just lost my future business.

I would have given a negative survey anyway.  when I asked the service manager how long -- he replied, "Not long."

I told him I found his answer evasive.

Yup, same company. Firestone complete auto care, tires plus, and wheel works are under the same corporate ownership: Bridgestone retail operations.

Had my oil & filter changed Wed.,the 15th. at FIRESTONE. TOLL FREE SVC. called this morning. Didn't answer the phone. Since reading the messages left by other people, it must have been FIRESTONE doing a survey. I will say that Firestone had the lowest price for a oil change of $17.99, which is why I went there, but that's as far as it goes. Don't answer the phone if TOLL FREE SERVICES calls.

if i had known my phone number would be used for marketing after the service .... had to ask them for a coupon which they relunctantly gave,and even so the price seemed high.

I am thinking that this is some general "thank-you" message line. I gave them a return call, and got a generic  ,"thank you for your business" message. It also stated "no further action was required"... Strange.. Now they are giving the "thank you for your business"/follow-up persons job to a bot'... Lolz...

And the only company that I receintly did business with, was Tires plus... So, this 'follow-up' line is for sale to the highest bidder... Interesting...

I just called the 1 800 number and they said the would remove me.  It was very upsetting having my phone ring 5 times today while I was TEACHING!!  I leave it on for emergency reasons for my family to contact me and it went off 5 times!!! They need to try another way of giving a servey.  Now I will not go there again!

I wish I had known previously that Tires Plus was associated with Firestone.  I HATE Firestone and had always swore to never do business with them again.

That being said, Tires Plus has always done a good job on my oil change and other requests.  I have received one call thus far.  Hoping it doesn't become as harassing as others have stated.

It's likely from Firestone. Left no messages. I had my tires rotated and balanced there two days ago.

Yep, had an oil change there yesterday.  Don't do business with Firestone they are sleazy rip-offs ~ Brought in a coupon for oil change yesterday but also told the guy I had a firestone card and whichever is cheapest so he prints out the estimate and its $25 and that included the $10 off from the coupon.... I said hey, I always pay around $19 -- did you go up in price?  No he states, $35 is the usual price.  So he looks me up and sees I have paid around $19 in the past and says "oh, ok I'll put you in at the discount price". Turns out they had a deal for $17.99 and he NEVER TOLD ME - even when I specifically said hey just do the lowest price/best deal...
THEN he comes back and tells me I should have fuel injection service. Tells me that "its on sale but only till the end of the week".  I said "no thanks" took the receipt  for the oil change and left.  I look at the receipt when I get home:  Re: the declined fuel injection service it states:  "this quote is good for 30 DAYS (NOT till the end of the week ;)) AND IT ALSO STATES: if you come in on a Sunday we will take 10% OFF this already discounted estimate -- WHAT LIARS these people are!!  I could go on about what they did to my car 7 years ago but won't bother...and off they go to my call blocking.

Called at 10:12 am, it's Expert Tire (a firestone company) calling to do a survey.

Do Not Call refers to companies you don't already do business with. If you went to a Firestone owned location and gave your number, unfortunately Do Not Call does not apply.

The same number call me 5 mins ago I pick up and there was no answer. But I know what I can do I am going to throw away all my phones and then it some one wants to talk to me they can knock on the front door of my home. I will have a sign saying will answer door 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri. If I need( 911) I will knock on my friend door he is a cop with the local police dept.
