Guy named Al Marino called & left a message regarding a timeshare.  Didn't leave what company he was calling from.  Believe it's from a previous call regarding a sales scam.

Initially Dan from Condo Exchange, Inc. made the call, asked what property I own and if I wanted to sell or rent. When responding with wish to sell the call was transferred to another person who id'd self as Michael Malpede from the aforementioned company.  He stated that he does his marketing on weekends by referrals and makes his money through financing of sales, no up front cost.  He indicated that he specializes in West Gate properties (which I confirmed an ownership in). Michael M. said he would call me back by next Monday (this call was about 9pm Thursday).  Background noise seemed odd, more of a social vs. business background environment.  Unsure of the legitimacy of the call.  The parties seemed to know of my investment in West Gate but ignorant of which property location.
