Colection agency, NCL Services in Louisiana.  Looking for an Arthur Miller.

NCO Finacial Collection agency, very UNETHICAL group. They will call hang up, leave no message, use various numbers such as 800 569 9633,866 699 2194. They are attempting to collect $1000 for a $100 error created by capitol one when they merged to cc accounts of mine together. Capitol one suposedly corrected problem, even gave me a new car loan, yet mysteriously NCO has appeared. They have been sent copies of all documents via registered mail clearly showing them clearly the error was capitol one. NCO never responds with documentation supporting their postion. I even suggested to NCO to sue me and gave them my attorney contact information.... response.... just keep calling for 5 years.

Yep, they've called me too.  Has to do with Capital One, a disreputable company to start with, and now NCO is calling.  Capital One screwed up my account years ago.  I closed the account, they left it open, and contacted me after two years claiming I owed a $600.00 balance, which was all fees.  We talked through my lawyer, and the whole thing was settled.  Two years later, NCO started calling about the debt, claiming I owed over $900.00.  They called for a year straight, and it was showing up on my Credit Report.  They offered a settlement, I stupidly took the deal, and paid half.  The calls stopped . . . for 6 months.  Now they're trying to collect the remainder of the amount, claiming that there was no settlement offer, even though I have written proof on their company's letterhead.  They are a "criminal" company, and I would refer all contact from them through your attorney.  Trust Me.  They are crooked.
