they called my home, left a name and phone number.  i called them back - they answer the phone "corporate office", tell me that they're looking for Diane Larson, and had my name in her file as a friend/relative, and that there is a summons for her to be in court...

i told them i didn't know anyone by that name, and to please remove my name from her file.

they called my mom and my mother in law who doesnt live in the same state as me. they told them that i had to get in touch with them or i would be picked up. i needed to get in touch with them about a court date and if i didnt show up i would be in contempt. they didnt leave a name for me just a case number and the phone number. if it is so important why are they not calling me on my phone!

Someone called asking for my ex-husband who I have not had contact with in over 15 years. They said they would be serving court papers at my address even though he has no knowledge of my address. They could not answer how my address was being used. Just left a court number and a phone number.

These vermin called my estranged ex with "court" stuff.
Called back after hours and the voice said "Prime West"
I smell SCAM!!!

Got a call from this # from my dad's cell #. they said they have to send me documents about going to courts and defend my self. as far as i know i did not do anything.

"Kevin Johnson left a message for Jennifer and said to call him back at this number or you are going to be sued.  Call back with this case number xxxxxxxxxx blah, blah"  

Funny thing is, there is is no Jennifer at this number.  After doing a little research I found out the number this company goes to is overseas and has numerous complaints from the FCC and attorney general.  But they are not in this country so they are untouchable.

Kevin Johnson phoned my mother and my sister's ex mother in law looking for me.  The ex MIL asked the man to speak slowly so she could understand his gibberish.  She then asked her husband to pick up the other phone to listen in.  Surprisingly Mr. Johnson hung up the phone.  But he threatened my mother and this woman that he would send a sheriff to their house.  I phoned the number given to my mother and was told that it's the Process Servers Verification Department that makes the calls. Whoever they are. This harassment needs to stop!

This Guy calls about one of our employee's and says that if he doesn't call him in three hours a arrest warrant will be issued.  But he called yesturday as well?  Well the employee calls and the guys says that seven years ago one of his girlfriends took out a credit card in his name for 8,000.00 and with intrest it is 14,000.00.  But he can knock it down to 5,000.00 if he will pay right now.  He told him no.  He just pulled a credit report two weeks ago and nothing was on there. So what does this mean?  My employee thought the old girlfriend paid it off.  And its not on the credit report he pulled.  How do these people get this information????????  What do you think?

Called my grandmother who is 90 and said i needed to call them regarding a court case for my father immediately...got her all worried and left no name. They need to get a life!

These people are ruthless they bug you at your job, they try to intimadate you with threating you with case numbers & court dates saying they are going to serve you papers.. I called the federal trade comission they are well in tuned to these people..

I have received calls from Valerie @ this number of 866 699 3848 who has indicated that I have an outstanding debt and that I am being sued.
