A layer by the name of Bob johnson tried to contact me. Its really creepy and hes unlisted.

Caller calls demanding to speak to person who is not here and is not someone I have ever known. Rude. Arrogant. About to get his butt reported to the FTC if he keeps it up. Also calls from 281-419-1660. Cleary a company that spends most of its time bothering old women and others who don't know their rights. Bob Johnson is the code name they are using when they call. They answer phone with BCI. Lower than low, in my opinion

Definitely a hoax.  Doesn't even know what BCI stands for.  Phishing scam.

They told me it stands for Brokers Capital Inv ,some type of firm.I ended up resolving my legal issue.

Did anyone find out who he is or who he is representing? Is he 1st party or 3rd party. He called and LIED to my brother in law saying I was using his name, address and phone number and that I have access to his social. Yes... creepy but I am really pissed.

This number is in connection with 877-419-0866 and the are trying to scam money out of my sister for a card she never owned.

Your sister is playing with fire. If you owe something pay it otherwise you are risking them garnishing your wages and filing judgements & leins ,like it happened to my cousin he now regrets not taking care of it.
