i have been getting this call from several people claiming to be agents working for eos ncn since past few weeks about my kid's school transportation fees. i checked with CBE and they also told me that my cheque bounced back regarding last year's fees. but informed me to pay only 330 dollars instead of the $366 eos ncn has been claiming,can i get them to send me a notice of payment first? anyone have any clues about this number? they sound impatient when i cross question them.

Rec'd call today asking for my son, saying its an important matter...could not get any info from 'Cody' at the other end other than he is representing EOSNCN.He also said if I didnt have my son call the number given, they would continue to call us repeatedly. I said and then you would be reported!  I asked to speak to his manager and he smugly said he would put me through. Again no info other than its regarding a utility bill. My son doesnt own or rent so would have no utility bill. The manager continued to ask that my son call them. I said no, i'm sorry, without any more info I would not pass the info on to my son. He then asked me how old my son was, which I in turn told him it was none of his business and then he said I need to let my son grow up....Hmmm, wonder if he has a son that is going to grow up to be a scammer like him. He ended up hanging up on me, so hopefully that is the end of him. If not, the police will be called. Manager sound like he is of Pakistani decent.

I just got my children Phones and they are 14 and 11 so no chance they have bills out there but the number phones their new cells

I recieved a call from 18667097610 today. They are a third party collection agency. I suggest just calling the original buissness you owe and set up payment arrangements. The agents will just circle talk you. A complete waste of time speaking with them.

Just verbally tell them to contact you thru mail and erase any number they have for you.

I keep getting calls, and all it does is place me on immediate hold for up to 10 minutes, and I just end up hanging up

I get calls from this number between 3 and 10 times a day it's stupid because the law states that collectors are only allowed to call 3 times per week . I never answer it .

I did have utilities provided by a company in Alberta, Canada.  When I sold my house I phoned that company to ask what the final bill was so i could pay it and close the account. In fact, I had phoned them 1 month before I wanted services discontinued, to give them notice, and then I phoned again when the house was finally sold to get the final balance.   The CSR told me the final amount, I paid it and told her I had sold my house and the account+services should be closed.  EOS keeps calling because there was more charges applied to the (closed) account, even though I had no longer owned the house and had cleared the account. 'EOS' doesn't usually leave messages, but if they do it is a robotic voice which mispronounces my name and refers to some account # I have never heard of.  They never actually say what it is for.  I am just guessing that it is connected to that utility company because of what others have said here about 'eos'.  I can't even understand their name when they leave a message.

I have no debt.... I receive a call from this number at least 6 to 10 times a day. When I answer it puts me on hold.
I have hung up before speaking with anyone. There is no reason I would have a debt collector calling me. Assuming that this is a scam call?

How do I block them?

It seems like this is a collection agency. They say i owe money for utilties. I never had utilties in my name ever.They said i was lying and i was the person they where looking for. I told them a 3 weeks ago to take my number out of there data base and they said they would. They said it would take 48 hours for my number to come off. One week later I got another call from a very rude individual. I told them to stop calling and my number was suppose to be removed from their data base and the agent just laughed. I hung up and call the CRTC and explained my situation and they said they would look after it. Amazingly no more calls. Thank you CRTC.

Not sure who they are but they call every day so far when I am at work. Calls are always between 10 Am -12 Pm MST.

These people have been calling me multiple times a day. Always a recording for a Jennifer Lake. There use to be human callers but I guess they didn't believe me when I said I just got this number, now the robot just fills my voice mail and I have to call them.

This number calls me at least once or twice a day and if I answer the call, it just disconnects after about 5 seconds. It's annoying. I have no idea how to stop it!

Number started calling a few times, I never picked up.  I don't owe any money so I added it to my call-blocker app (you can get them for free for iPhone or Android).  They don't bother me anymore.

This number has been calling me many times a week for so-called urgent things. I called it back today and told the guy who answered the phone that  if they call me again I will report to police and will treat their company as terrorists. see what is to happen.
