I’ve gotten two calls over the last few days from a random number claiming I need to call this number as the “firm” that placed a complaint with the office that’s calling. Of course there’s no name of the company that’s calling today; the last call came from a number that said it was Document Processing, which turns out not to be licensed in my state, at least not under that name. That call claimed they were calling about documents sent to me from “JAA.”  No such documents have arrived. It’s a scam - I used to get these kinds of calls years ago but they seem to have started up again. While both these calls came from spoofed local numbers, the number I was to call to reach the firm responsible is the same, the 866-712-0739.

So this is a scam?!? Ok, thank you! I got the same call today…

I received the same message. Why would a bill collector tell you to call someone else? This doesn't make any sense. BLOCK!!

They have called me the last two days, and even somehow had my mother's phone number and called her about me! This is insane! I was scared then thought if papers needed to be served, a Sherriff would come to the front door with them! Thanks for the info guys. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I received a call from this number and they left this message: "This message is intended for NAME file number 32838 - CA. This urgent message in reference to a complaint that's been forwarded to my office against you. To discuss the pending action you may contact the firm directly at 866-712-0739 and provide your reference number. It is important for you to reach them as soon as possible to avoid any further legal actions. Thank you and good luck."
They never identify themselves either individually or by any company name in the voicemail. Total scam!

Got a call from this number 866-712-0739 saying this is the firm that's handling a case against me. The person's name that called is GRACIE. My friend works for the courts and I asked her look up the File number or case number. There was nothing. So, like everyone else the is a big SCAM. They even had the nerve to call today New Years Eve. I think these people should make a new years resolution,  to find a real job and stop harassing people. This is a SCAM. be careful.

I've been getting calls from this number for two years on a Fredy Riles. I've called told them i am not the person, called them and cussed them out and months later it starts again. It. Ever stops.

Got the same message today. The message was the same as Lynda. Saying there's a complaint against me and to call the office that is handling the case. For some reason these type of calls have stopped. But now SCAMMERS have started again. So please be careful not to answer or call the number that they want you to call. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Be careful.

It's a scam  ....They suggest you asap to avoid being served with court papers.....No one ever came!!!!!!.I i iwill report to government agency to stop with formal complaint...

"Gracie" harassed me 3 times in a row then called my brother harassing him. I told her to never call me again then I hung up and of course she called me again.

I just received a call from these lunatics a few minutes ago... debt collectors can NOT initiate a lawsuit against you, at least not in Florida.

I called this number and a gentleman answered stating a firm name. Looking for not me but my grandson!!

I received a call at 8:30 this morning from my work phone from tel. no. 1-866-712-0739, telling me that there is a legal case that I am involved in and  that it is time-sensitive.

Calling my husband and parent stating I have a legal case against me. Fraid

I called the 1 866 number and they were telling me I owed thousands of dollars. They had my address and one in New Jersey . They called my ex husband of all people . He gave me payment options before “ going legal “ During the conversation “ Andrew” was being rude and I stated a that he was . He blew up at me and said , f you we won’t give you options your going to court and hung up . I called him back and he answered spewing more vile language . I called again and it stated this number didn’t exist
