they call mmy cellphone almost every day

They are calling for my neighbor but no one is ever there to talk to.

This number calls 3 or 4 times within 5 minutes each time and usually call at least twice a day. We don't answer calls we can't identify (says 800 Service). They never leave a message.

It's a collection agency named Phillips & Cohen Associates in Newark, Delaware.  Website: www.phillips-cohen.com.  Their automated dialers have been calling my new cell phone number several times a day for months.

its automated machine. i followed instructions from machine that that person isnt here and they got wrong number. eventually i got to a real person and he said he'll remove my number. he sounded bored. :/ hopefully they dont call and annoy me anymore -.-

Got a call on my cellphone yesterday and today.  Yesterday I hung up when I started to hear the automated message.  After seeing the information here, today I listened to the message.  They were looking for "Zach Morris".  After going through the options to tell them Zach wasn't here and never will be here, they wanted me to wait for an attendent.  I hung up.  If they call back tomorrow I am going to have to figure out how to block this number on my cellphone.
