Company calls me regularly 4 to 6 times per week, recorded message with "opt out" option, which they ignore. Finally TRAPPED them in to revealing who they are (they use "Credit Card Services" and "Credit RateReduction" in caller ID) when I pretended to be interested in their services (reduce the rates on your credit card debt). Found out they are DebtFree.com, an agency that takes a LOT of money from you and promises to talk to your banks about reducing the rates the banks charge. Like pulling teeth to find out who they were (I played really dumb..."are you a bank? can I put all my cards onto one card so the amount each month is less? etc. etc.) and finally their agent revealed the name of the company.
