A CSII collection agency phone number. CSII also makes calls using the following two phone numbers: 405-555-2635 & 405-290-2025.

A recorded message was left. It was so fast I couldn't write the info down. They called back,same deal; so I let the machine record it. I called they wanted to verify my information, but would not say anything as to who was speaking or what company they represented.
The number on the CID is:555-2415,the message says to call:1-866-723-2455 ext.2025

Caller left message to call him, "bill walker," back at 1 866 723 2455 ext. 2025. Does not say why, or Who, he represents. I don't have caller ID I think collection agency.

"Bill Walker" called me.  my return call is to some type of anonymous collection agency.  no explaination as to who this is or what is being collected.

Call a Mr. King.............No who, what, when, why, where information except giving the name of a Mr. King
This is a collection agency.  Through  research this is either American Resolution Services.......or Account Recovery System.....Guess what ?  SCREW'EM........

I have been receiving calls and voice-mails from this number as well. Caller "John Black" does not leave any company information or what the call is remotely about. I suspect a collections agency but my phone displays Unavailable whenever he calls so I can't answer back anyway, and aside from that, I have better things to do than answer some greedy agency who can't seem to comprehend BAD ECONOMY. If these people want my attention, this is a very sad attempt to get it.

IF YOU WILL GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE OR MAYBE JUST YOUR PITY PARTY IS WEIGHING YOU DOWN, JUST TALK TO THESE "COLLECTION AGENCIES" AND IF YOU EXPLAIN YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION THEY MAY BE ABLE TO WORK WITH YOU RO GET "YOUR" DEBTS PAID OR AT LEAST PAID ON. DONT GIVE THE EXCUSE OF THE ECONOMY BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ONLY RECEIVE SOCIAL SECURITY OR DISABILITY INCOME WITH FAMILIES AND THEY PAY 5, 10 OR 20 DOLLARS A MNTH TO SHOW INTENT TO BE AN ADULT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DEBTS AND NOT TRY TO BE A DEADBEAT AND SKIP OUT OR DODGE THE BILL AND HIDE UNDER THE COVERS AND HOPE IT GOES AWAY. THERE ARE LEGITIMATE COLLECTION AGENCIES OUT THERE THAT DO NOT BUY THE DEBT, THEY ARE CONTRACTED BY THE MEDICAL PROVIDERS OR CREDIT EXTENDERS TO COLLECT ON THEIR BEHALF BECAUSE THEY HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN CHASE DOWN PEOPLE THAT RUN UP A CREDIT CARD  OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR THE SNIFFLES THEN COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY GET CHARGED FOR IT. GROW UP PEOPLE THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH AMERICA PEOPLE THINK THAT TOO MUCH IS OWED TO THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE LAZY

Same  scenario, john black called me asked to call back gave an extention 2072 called back less than five minutes later, no answer. Don't need to waste my time on a "John Black" got a life to live.

Oh believe me, they won't listen. I tried to pay off a medical debt that was late (because I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks) that had not even went to collections yet - and they actually would not accept my money! And another one - whom I did make payment arrangements with because my insurance had at first denied my ambulance claim for said hospital stay above (I won my appeal after months dealing with all for it) - still owes me a refund and its been almost a year. I am one whom you speak of - ended up on disability but been trying to do their program called 'ticket to work' but my health keeps giving me crap that always sets me back. And now this crap - when I try to do this so-called 'work with the collection agencies' or even the company themselves, I still get screwed. I'd rather have my credit rating be crap than do it anymore. I'm not going to spend the last days of my life arguing with crap agencies anymore. They could care less about the sick and the dying, no matter what they try to do.

Personally if they are not giving legit info they are trying to scam you into paying them not your debts.

I've dealt with these people on multiple occasions. They are not nice. They do not care. I had an 'Alex' from CCI once threaten to write me down as refusing to pay when I had documents proving I had no money to pay with. He did not care. So do not fool yourself. These people do not care about you or your situations. If you have a valid debt with them, be sure you can pay it before you talk to them, it isn't worth dealing with otherwise.

Have recieved many calls from these ppl. A John Black wants me or my ex-husband to call back. Thing is we never had a debt together when married. He signed everything for him and I for myself. When we divorced our debts are pur own. Only thing is now ex is getting garniahed for a vehicle that the company wouldn't take payments for when they were told the payment was there. They repoed the car. Now at the end of the statue of limits they garnish the wages. I have no reason to talk to this company. They can quit trying. Everything I owe is being taken care of.

You clearly by this post are affiliated with this scamming group of idiots. They are NOT Local NOR are they LIGIT. They use pre-paid cell phones depicting a local number when in fact they are calling from a foriegn country to try to scam you out of money for bogus crap or debt that is to old to be collected on. They get your information from social media and if they can possibly scare 1 single unknowing person into paying them a dime they have more than they did when they placed the call. Report every single number to the FBI website and maybe some guy the authorities will catch up with these scum bags. Keep in mind people when they threaten you that the marshals are coming to take you to jail, or they have a warrant for you...ITS BULL all of that would need Court Action!!!! The FBI has a link to report this crap REPORT REPORT REPORT!!!!!!!
