This is a company claiming to be a lawyer office, they are not. They are a scamming company that is trying to collect on debt that is non existent.
They called me stating that I had a debt with Mary Bridge Childrens Hospital. Last year they tried the same thing. I called Mary Bridge billing office and they said they knew about the scam and that I did not owe them any money. My children have always had health insurance with Zero dollar copays from the time they were born. Through my husband company and mine.

DO NOT PAY THEM!!!  They will pressure you with a process server that is armed, they will threaten you with jail time. Do not give them a dime. Call the company they are claiming you owe money to and ask for yourself.

they just called for my husband claiming they are gonna garnish his wages and take our vehicles and that we have to go to court to pay monies on a loan we never took out from beneficial , so I called beneficial and tey said they do not have anything , but i am going to call another branch tomorrow and speak to someone that handles claims

"Paul Martin" of "The Moyer Group". They called my mother explaining she was being sued for claims of a visit to a hospital that occurred 19 years ago for $5900.00. "Paul" explained to her he was an attorney. She said he was very polite and helpful. He read her the last four digits of her social security number.

I spoke with them today. Paul first said he was an attorney, then when I asked for his Bar Card information he expressed he was a paralegal and that I misunderstood him. I'm a law enforcement officer, I don't misunderstand whether or not I'm speaking with someone whom I don't need to [***]. I asked for the Managing Partner's information, he said there are "8 Partners" but that I could speak with Charles Wright (Director of Litigations) to which I replied, "he's available at 430pm to speak with someone who doubts the authenticity of your company?"

This company was started by a woman named Sadie L Thompson who paid $90 for an LLC with a "Jurisdiction" in Delaware, operates out of California and allegedly practices law in Florida. There is no Charles Wright "Director of litigation" and i find that Paul Martin is the name of a popular restaurant in California. I don't mind a scam, but expressing that you're an attorney is against the law when you're attempting to offer legal counsel or obtain privileged information.

They have no website, I had to go to SOS.CA.GOV to search for this company, they answer the phone "Corporate Office" or "Law Office" and they threaten with legal action and process servers.

Feel free to contact Mr. Paul Martin as often as possible.

Paul Martin is contacting me. He says I owe a credit card debt. He can’t tell me the year it was established nor the amount of the credit line. Yes he knows my SSN previous work place and my present address. He claims I will be sued, wages garnished and income tax returns garnished. The call felt fishy . I did some research on this. In Texas the SOL is 4 years. So that is enough to throw a red flag. I’m not going to answer anymore calls from them. Hope I don’t get a summons that I’m being sued.

He is making ILLEGAL threats!!! Give your state attorney general's office a call as well as www.consumerfinance.gov . IF there was a real problem, you would not be warned.  (BTW it is also illegal to claim to be an attorney if they are not licensed!!)

Just had it happen to me
