Received a call today that came in as RESTRICTED, so I didn't answer. Voicemail left from Kelsie Hays saying she is from Document Delivery and they have been unable to serve me. Left this phone number and a file number. Used my first and last name. Said that if I didn't respond, there would be "pending actions" taken. Sounded like a call center but her English phrasing was very strange. No names of companies were given and no information what the "document" was about. Most certainly a SCAM!

3rd msg on caller ID said Evette from Dr LaGree office about case file #, pause, repeats diff # interrupted with a beep. called back, rang several times, ans msg said person unavailable, hang up or leave a msg.  I hung up.
