Called from blocked number said a complaint had been made against me gave me this number and a file number but never identified what company it is or what it’s regarding. Sounds like a scam

I just received a call from a blocked number and told me the same exact thing they told you. The blocked number said they were Allied Delivery Services and gave me the to "Central Filing Division" ph. number was 866-723-6507. They answer the phone by saying corporate office and once I gave the reference number I was transferred to someone who claimed to be an attorney. He then told me that they would be filing with my county over a Providian credit card I had back in the late 90's that was reopened in 2003. He couldn't tell me which courthouse he would be filing with, that's when he disclosed that he works with several attorneys in 38 states and told me to call back Friday to find out which courthouse.

They called me and said Hello this message is intended for .... have a little my name is Daisy calling you and I'm calling you today in reference to a complaint is been forwarded to my office for you _ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to discuss the actions being filed or if you have any questions or concerns you must contact office of the troll of your file directly but I was can be reached at 866-723-6507 and you must reference file number 80878 Dash zero and tell your _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ that office proceeding without your consent _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ being in _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ notify you in a timely manner…”

It’s a scam beware just ingore them

Same as above.  Came in as an unknown number.  Tried to call back with *67, but said they didn’t accept unidentified numbers...go fig!
Glad I researched and found this thread - I’ll be ignoring further attempts to make contact.

Same as above, but this person knew my address, a former last name, and left the message for me on my husband's cell! He asked me to verify my birth date and I told HIM to verify it. He said that's not the way this works. I told him I was not giving him any information and he hung up.

He wanted my SS # and when I said NO, He told me "good luck in court then" and hung up.
I'm so sick of these calls.
