Just called 30 mins ago Said I owed old debt Threaten law suit and lean on home if I don’t respond by tomorrow Am and agree to pay 1,300  unsure if this is scam ! How do I find out if a scam

it is scam. even ur son got sue. they can not said to you.

i will report to police today.
other wise some people will be in to this kind scam.

I got a call last week from the same place.  Alic or elis associates..not sure.  Saying i owe on something from 17 years ago and it went from 1,100 to over 5k with all inerests n penalties.  They said they will take me to court n garnish my wages. How can a company go after you from that long ago when its not even on my credit report.  I have no problem paying what i owed but not over 5k. They can take me court.  I cant even find this company to see if they r legit
