They have called me several times and left a message saying something about my membership not being activated and to sign on to www.myaccountservices.com Of course there is no identifying info on that page, just a user name and password.

We received the same phone call and found the same thing when going to the website.  I have no idea who this is.

we received the same phone call as well.  but the web address was mypaymentmanager.com  same screen with no other information at all as to what company this is.  Beware!

funny thing is, we are never here to pick up the phone when they call so we can get to the bottom of this.

Elan Financial Services  http://www.elanfinancialservices.com/   and https://check.me/credit-cards/elan-financial-services-credit-cards lists all the cards they finance.. I don't have any of the above and have never heard of this company.. But they say please hold while we connect you to a service representative.. Sat waiting for 10-15 mins until the battery on my cordless phone died..

Please stop calling this number.  Take this # off of your calling list.  I do NOT have a credit card, NOR do I want one of yours.

Time will tell if the calls stop...

I also have been getting calls from them--and then they put you on hold with the taped message that they are experiencing an overload of calls.  Theydirect you to the my paymentmanager web site--but you need a user ID and password.
I think it's a scam--somehow they use the time you are on the phone to perhaps pass on your phone info to other telemarketers?  I just added it to my call block list

It's for SearsVacations.  If you signed up with them and they can't get the payment for the 'layaway vacation program' this number calls you.  Funny thing is they never leave a message..

it is portfolio recovery, do not reply they will want money for dept that you no longer own.

Started out saying our package coulb not be processed.  Then a long wait on hold.  Plz do not call

Just received a call from this # was kind of worried someone had used info from my new bank account. I think its a scam of some sort. Will not be answering any if their calls.

Do not answer these criminals! They repeatedly try to charge credit cards for their [***] vacation service. They repeatedly change their name around to avoid detection. All of a suddent out of nowhere they will charge you $118 per month or so. I changed my card so now they are giving these [***] calls. I was supposed to get a free membership to them through the purchase of another vacation package, but these clowns fraudulently represented that original company and got my card information. What's worse, is my credit card company (American Airlines Citibank Mastercard) wouldn't reverse the charges!!!!! They are complete criminals and I hope all of them die a slow painful death worse than what you see on Game of Thrones.

They keep calling, at least once a week, saying go to web site to pay delinquent account. Good thing we pay cash. Don't know the name of company, but my husband said it's a scam.

I got a call from an Unknown caller; I don't answer Unknown callers! They left a message: "Your membership package payment was unable to be processed to ensure your purchase is secure please have your member ID available and contact the finance customer service representative at 866-732-0818 between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain standard Time customers may also manage their account online at www.mypaymentmanager.com use your member ID as your login and the last four digits of your home phone as temporary password thank you..."
Went to site and its very generic, after researching this site to see if a scam - they listed this site as safe however owner not providing contact name or any information so they warn against using to process any payment until owner of site reveals themselves.
