It is a company called United/ United Collections Recovery. It is a bottom feeder.  They call to scare you into paying a payday loan you never had.  You disputed the loan.  They also call and tell you a judge said he would sue you if they could prove it went to your account.  

I called the attorney general for my state,the FTC (federal trade commission),& the fair credit act to get info on this company called united because I asked for proof of my debit be sides a PDA link that wolnt open they said to call the original debit or to obtain it asked about company cause was told there's no way the company can be called united the fair credit rep said has to have more to it there's lots of companies that have united but there not just united the rep for united said we are a privately owned company that buys debit w/the intent to sue & the company name is just united asked for web site sates do to have one called fair credit again advised them of info they said there's no way it's not a valid company it's a scam they may sound real & have 800 # your info but don't give them anything they have to send you copy of proof of debit within 5 days of  first contact date & you can request one & they have to give you 30 days before contact after your request if they refuse to send you info or tell you to get it from the orig.company don't fall for it & keep a dialog.
