Got a call from that number Tuesday at 5:00 then at 6:00. Then again Wednesday at the same time

Just received an automated voice from National Bank of Canada.  Spam Do NOT give out any information!

Got a message on my voice mail claiming to be from the Bank National and had my husbands name saying there is an issue with our account.   We are to call back at 1-866-737-1924.  This is the second call in a month.  

I receive an automated call from Bank National to ask me to confirm my birth date and other personnal details on phone !

This is not spam.  There was an actual problem with my account however, I called the number on my statement and did not give out any information to the number that called me.  

Always confirm with your bank by calling them directly and don't give out personal information to anyone who calls you looking for it.  Better safe than sorry.  

This is not a pam, is simply to confirm your payments have been made ​​late or because of a lack of money in your bank account during your last BNC payment. You need to give ONLY your birtday date to confirm the match with the telephone # in BNC file. After the voice say if BNC can take is payment. You need to choose when  by enter the day and the mont. That's it!  I called BNC and the guy's say yes is normal...If you don't truss the automated call, just call your BNC for resolved the problem with your account........Before Lizardlick tow up your car  :-)

This is SPAM!! I called the National Bank and they said they would never use automated messages like this to call you or send a text message. If there was an actual issue with your accounts then they would call you personally using a live person like your bank manager.

It took me awhile to figure this one out. It's not a scam, its the National Bank collector automated service informing you that one of your bank product has a problem. It was our case and we didn't owe anything. I got it fixed. But I really think the Bank has a huge problem with this one. But it's true:  never give information on telephone.

I called the bank and they told me it’s not a phone number from NBC. It’s a scam.

Again, an automated call that shows Mastercard and claims to be National Bank when answered. The robot asked for my spouse by name.

Called six times today and four times yesterday saying that there was a problem with my account but we just paid off the card. Phone display says MasterCard but when I called back the number it says national bank. Just tried to call it back again and it says it’s out of service!
