I get calls from this number several times per week.  They never leave a message.  After doing a search of an 800 number directory, it states that the number is owned by a NJ based company called Cooperative Communications, NJ, they are a telecommunications company.  I am not sure why they would be calling a residential number to try to solicit business. When you try to contact the number back, it states "all circuits are busy, please call back another time."  There is no mention of the company's name on the recording.  I am on the "National Do Not Call List", so they should not be calling me.

same issue with me. i get calls 3x daily, sometimes as early as 7:30 am on saturdays (my day off mind u), they never leave a message on my machine. i am also in the DNC List so they should not be calling me either. i answered their call when they phoned me a few minutes ago but did not say anything, i heard noise in the background and a female voice said hello? i waited a little while longer than hung up. i have no debts and my phone number is relatively new (4months, registered on the DNC List and also unlisted in directories.
