    Saw this site with great rates and no penalty for early withdrawal. Be careful. This seems to be a scam bank. Saw several articles describing this as a website setup 10 days ago. They claim FDIC insurance, when I contacted the FDIC, there was no record of it.

    The site is also set up 3/3/19 and is set to expire next year. The web page has tons of mistakes as if it was made up by someone who spoke English as a second language. Also the name of the bank changed 3 times and the address listed does not come up with a bank as a tenant.
