No phone call, but an unauthorized bank account withdrawal.  Also listed on the statement was the word "Harmon."  They took 89-95 for some reason.  Called the phone number, and got a message from "Harmon Bay Customer Service" that said all agents were busy, and to leave a message.  Left a message, but have not gotten a return call yet.

Also got an automatic debit to my account for 89.95. Called the number and had same results . Called again today 2/1/08. Got through to the call answering person. She said company, Harmon Bay was out of business and I should contact my bank to report an unauthorized debit.

We had the same results. NO Authorized transaction.  However a debit on our account of 89.95.

We have had 2 unauthorized withdrawals, 12-28-07 and 12-31-07.  We have called and gotten through to a real person and told we will have to call our bank to have it reversed.  Our bank will reverse it, however we will have to pay to have them permentally blocked form making anyother withdrawals.  I can't find any information on the company, we were told on the phone it was in regards to a business listing.

What ever happened with this?  I had the same $89.95 taken from my checking account.  I am just so upset.  Has anyone found out the "source" of all this?  PLEASE let me know if you have any new information!

Same thing happened to me - for $89.95.  I called the number several times and left a message for someone to call me back.  No call back or no letter in the mail.  What ever happened with your situation?

Same thing happened to me - the $89.95 was debited from my checking account.  I have left many messages to this company "Harmon", but have not gotten a return call.  What have you found out?
