got a call from this number for someone who had my number before me

Continue to receive annoying weekly calls from this number.  The calls are for someone who used this number before me.  I keep my phone turned off to avoid the hassle but am able to track the calls from my call history.  I have not spoken to the caller directly but I assume they are either debt collectors or telemarketers.

This is Texas Power (Shine On) Customer Service.  Not a debt collector.

June 30, 2016 - 866.744.6366 is listed as a contact number for Texas Power. While I did not receive a call from this number, I was trying to reach Texas Power. It is a scam operation.  You are asked to answer multiple recorded questions, sometimes promising a $100 redeemable card to "major retailers" if you will just pay $1.95 with your credit card.  After answering the questions I was directed to a live person selling a membership in Allstate Motor Club...ughhh!!  I asked Adam if this was the number for Texas Power and he hung up on me.
