I called this number, and they spoke broken english.  I explained my info the so called customer service representative.  After not getting a clear answer as to why I received a credit card from this company, I asked for a supervisor.  As I was being transfered the call was dropped.  I made another call back and went thru the validation process again, but this time I did not validate all the information, got to protect my credit.  I asked for a supervisor, and was told one was available, but was on hold for 10 minutes before the call was dropped.  I once again called the number back and really get upset with the SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and still the same situation.  In total I have made 5 calls today.  To finally get a response that there is a High Call volume and they will give the Supervisor my name and number to where they will call me back within an hour or two.  Guess The Better Business Bureau, State and Federal Attorney General are going to get infomation about this phone call.  Glad that they do record my calls.  They will find out what kind of SO Called CUSTOMER SERVICE that they have there....

The same thing happened

Called my phone 3 times within 3 minutes. Decided to look it up and came across this.

I received an email, stating that I have a:

I found this email to be odd, 1st the the charge card is called Mastercharge and Secondly, I don't believe PayPal has bank cards. So I decided to look up the phone number listed on the email and it led me to this site.

I'm glad that I didn't engage with this either by email or phone.

Try working on your reading comprehension. The person you're replying to has nothing to do with anyone receiving an account and in fact posted several years ago.

I actually did NOT call this number, because I'm convinced the "Please activate your PayPal Prepaid Mastercard" email was fraudulent.
