    This is an outsourced call center.   For me specifically, I called them back,  they looked up my number,  and they were calling on behalf of Toyota to try and renew my cars SafetyConnect (telematics) system.   The way she worded it when she looked it up eludes to them handling many customers for many reasons, so why they called you could be random.   However, under the do not call rules, it sounds like they are following them.
