Out a lot of money. - GD replies to Please help| 5 repliesI sent these guys $15,000 then realized that some things seemed a little fishy. Like the escrow company couldn't be contacted or even found. I actually completed one successful property purchase but getting my money out was not easy.
I also tried to find out information about these guys and it was impossible to do. I think that it is possible that they are legit (since I did complete one successful deal) but they are not very transparent and I had the feeling that they were trying to lure me in to invest more money. There are too many red flags for me to be comfortable with these guys. - intrepidengineer replies to Please helpCAMBRIDGE REAL ESTATE GROUP 4700 Sheridan St. Suite J Hollywood, FL 33021

Like you, we sent $15,000 on 2/18/14 to Access Property Services Phone 313-766-0132 I have tried and tried to contact them to learn status of transaction and get our funds due to us. Scott Hutton of Cambridge Realty 4700 Sheridan St. Suite J Hollywood, Florida was man who contacted us. Numbers 866-764-3201 Fax: 954-839-9011 also said his cell was 954-588-9463. After realizing that they had no escrow company and that I was being scammed I decided to tell them that I would invest over a hundred thousand dollars if I could just see one deal done to the end. That is, I had sent them $15,000, they were supposed to send me $20,000 ( as they had originally promised). I told them that if they would do that I would invest much more. I could tell that they were a little upset by my request and that they were all talking among themselves about what to do. Finally greed got the best of them and they actually sent me my $15,000 plus my promised $5,000 gain for a total of $20,000. They then began desperately calling me wanting me to send them $100,000 as promised. When I refused they were quite upset with me. I actually had to stop taking calls from their phone numbers.
I noticed that the names and numbers you cite in your post are not the same names or numbers that I dealt with, with the exception of the escrow number (the one that is never answered). I assume that they change their names as well as phone numbers to keep one jump ahead of the Fed's investigation. If you call the FTC (the case number to refer to is #49008413) . The FTC phone number is 855-411-2372. I think that is the Fla FTC number. I originally called the FBI and they were not particularly interested. I then called the FTC and I found them to be very helpful. I am hoping that if enough people call them about this scam then they will give it more attention. Good luck - Rquint replies to AHDid u ever get ur $15k back?
That is how much we sent them and then
it was the same story as yours.
Did anybody get their funds back ?
There are also scam fraud protection companies.
