I called this number back after it hung up on my landline answering machine.  I used my cell phone.  When the operator answered she said this call was from a person who uses a service to place their call due to a handicap, possible hearing impaired.  My niece is deaf but wouldn't know my phone number first of all, for sure she wouldn't have my cell number.  I quizzed the operator on how she knew who called me as I had switched phones, she said the line was busy and to call back later..Hinky, eh?
