Please remove me from your call list, I am looking for a job not someone trying to sell me on going back to school.  That seems like a deceiving way to get peoples names & numbers by posing as employers on job websites.

Career Advisor is a hoax and the phone calls are annoying

I get one or two calls from this number every day.  It has been going on for over a month.  No one is there when I answer.  Nothing happens if I try hitting numbers on the phone pad. If I call the number back, it rings a few times then disconnects.  It's making me nuts!

I was posting my resume and job application on some websites and they stole my number and are calling me. I'll call the company prez if I have to if it continues. Private number to begin with

Even though I asked to have my # taken off their call list, they keep calling & I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER.
Now when I pick up, they hang up on me!

The domain name careeradvisor1.com is registered and hosted by a marketing company called PlattForm Advertising (plattformad.com). Their example sites are lead generation directories with an education theme.

They have an address and phone number on the site. Today is the first time they've called and judging by these posts, it won't be the last.

I called it back to see who they were and they are based out of china. Just looked at my cell bill and have to pay 3.59 for an international call. All I did was once I heard who it was like a 10 sec call I hung up....They keep calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More info. They also capture your info from a site called jobs.com. If you have put in your info there, I would remove the phone number.
