When I called (in response to a very fishy looking mail saying I had won FREE travel on "US AIRLINES--there is no such airline, but called for the entertainment value), a machine answered "you have reached the travel awards division" then a few other announcements about "all agents being busy", etc. while some 'upbeat music' played so loudly it was distorted.

Eventually someone answered, and when I asked about "US AIRLINES" she hung up.
