Keep getting hang-up calls and finally did *69 to find out who the caller is. Don't have caller ID to find out who's calling but I'm on the do not call list for this very reason.

Keep getting calls and they never leave a msg. I finally called them. At first, it was a machine recording.  Then, a lady picked up and immediately asked for my phone number with area code first.  I stopped her and asked what company I called. She told me it was a phone service company. I reluctantly gave her my number and came to find out that they were calling on behalf of Scott Clark's Toyota to do a survey. I told her that I was not interested in a survey and that they need to learn how to leave msgs when they call.  I then hung up.

Same as above--caller leaves no message.

I'm pretty sure this is Toyota wanting to give a survey about recent dealer service.

Same as above. I have had three calls from this number, I don't answer and they never leave a message. I recently took my new Toyota to the Toyota dealership for service so, I'm assuming it must be a follow-up call from Toyota to see if I was satisfied with the service I received.

3 calls over 2 days; didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer; no message left; I also just did take a toyota in for service to the dealer so I think this is their follow up survey

The number you are recieving calls from is from a company called DME. I work for this company, and they called your numbers on behalf of either a  furniture company or a car dealership. This company does the follow-up surveys for all different dealerships all over the united states. The reason they dont leave messages is because the dealership has requested that the agents speak to live people.

They don't say anything when I answer and don't leave messages when i don't answer. Are they surveying how to [***] their clients customers? Please tell your bosses that their processes are jacked and they need to fix it. I fully intend to let my car dealer know what I think of their survey process.

Same deal...they call and don't leave a message (I don't bother to pick up if I don't recognize the number).  And I had Toyota service last week.

I looked up the phone number on Google and found this e-mail traffic.  I next called the 866... number back and got a real person located in FL.  I had my Toyota serviced last week in Augusta, GA and this was a followup call from a calling service pertaining to my local dealer visit.  I explained the problems with their marketing calling survey, i.e., no messages left on answer machine, etc.  The calls from them are automated until a called person answers.  He thanked me for telling him about these problems and said he would report this info.  I also plan to report these problems to my local Toyota Dealer.

this number has called 3 times in the past 2 days. first thing in the morning and late in the evening. It's an 866 number so I don't answer figuring it's a telemarketer service or something.

this nnumber calls my house every morning and every night.i asked what company they represented and they tried to change the subject.they need to learn to leave a message.it is annoying as hell.they call all the time im just asking them to leave me the hell alone.is that to much to ask.

This is obviousely Toyota's survey company calling.  Just had service on Saturday and they asked for my cell phone # when I got service on my vehicle.   I am on do not call list for both home and cell phone. This is eating up my minutes.  The FCC is going to be posted with this information and a fine will be levied to Toyota and their survey company. This violates a persons rights and is considered a violation of the Do not call registry.  Toyota will be presented with a bill for my minutes used.  We all need to fight back against this violation of our rights as consumers and Toyota owners.   Love the car but am now questioning the companies ethics and their lack there of. Could make me buy American the next time!

I just had a missed call with no message left from this number, and I also just had work completed on my Toyota.

I was receiving a call 2-3 times a day for the past week.  I just called and it was a Toyota survey.  She said they can put me on the do not call list (which I had them do).

Have called me several times today.  I answered immediately but still got no response, just looked it up on google and found this site.  Thanks. Yes, i have a toyota that was serviced recently too.  They need to fix this, toyota strives for excellence, but it's not working in this case.

I just had the same experience. They've called me twice today. Both times I answered. The first time there was only silence. The second time I was immediately disconnected. I'm also on the Do Not Call list, and also recently had my Toyota serviced. I'm in Tampa, FL.

They call me twice a day on my cell, once in morning around 9AM, once at night around 7PM. When I pick up, there is no answer. I say "Hello" a couple of times and get no response. I finally hang up. Lately, I've been just pressing the "ignore" button. They don't leave any message on my voice mail.
