This is a scam phone number. These people have hacked my Visa twice in 60 days and keep sendin me emails with my OLD last 4 digits.

I received an email making a bank credit card transfer offer. My Norton Anti-Virus warmed me the sender and the registered certificate did not match. This IS a scam number and email. I have to admit it is very well done and will probably fool a lot of innocent people. BEWARE!

I did a live chat after signing in to my account online. The number is related to Citi cards but just promotionals and not account info. It's not a scam.

this is a legit citi bank phone number, I received a reimbursement check directly from citi cards , and this number was printed on the top of the page

While the number may (or may not) be on Citi checks, that doesn't mean all calls from it are Citi. Or have you somehow never heard of phone number spoofing?
And why are you even here? There's no logical reason for you to look up a known phone number.
