    Phone rang.  I answered, and no one asnwered back.  It sounded as if my phone didn't work. Dead quiet.  I said Hello a couple times, and got no answer or noise.  So I hung up.  Checked phone later, and dial tone worked.  I am on Do Not Call Registry.
