    A person said she  was Sarah with "Debtum" not sure what the spelling is supposed to be. She said she had a way to clear up my TAX debt. For me to call her back immediately.

    Most likely you got scammed and the scammer is trying another scam for tax debt relief.

    Yes the same person called me and left a voice msg... and said the same exact thing.
    Thinking it was a legit Company, I called back and immediately got a busy signal.. I never called back, and decided to do a Google search on the 866 number she gave in the msg..
