Did anyone else get a call from this number? What did they say?

Said there from public records have a case on me

It's a scam...they are a private company going through public court records for a network of attorneys..sounds like they are digging up public records and using it against people to get money----THE LAW OR THE COURTS WILL NOT CALL YOU IF YOU ARE IN TROUBLE--THEY WILL JUST COME GET YOU

It would be very interesting if they are actually attorneys - licensed to do business in your state.  I doubt they are.  There is a Liberty Collection Agency in Florida but they are INACTIVE!!

A lender who has purchased one of your debts. They will threaten with lawsuits.

They called my elderly mother's phone (left voicemail) and stated it was their official contact to me before they filed. We returned the call. She  further stated she could talk to her supervisor and see if the case could be dismissed  if I paid 920.77 to them. Installments was not an option and details about the issue  was not clear nor verifiable when we returned the call. They refused to send any written paper work or tell us where we could get paper work to verify the claim.  My mom said no one should give anyone a legal voicemail notice to a person on someone else phone before they file on them - so she is saving the message. How should this be addressed?

Scam! A legitimate debt collector would mail you proof of the debt.

A Terry Anderson just called my sister eaving several messages saying that I told them I lived at her address and they are filing a claim in a local county which I haven't lived in for 10 years. I don't know my sisters address and have never used it. These scammers won't stop calling my family members and worrying them!

Explain this scam to your family and tell then to block the number.
