These are a group of scamers who called by the name of SYSTHEAL CORP  but they are actualy not... they ripped me of my Money

scam internet Tech Support from India

I got scam out of my money a 3 years ago from this SYSTHEAL.  when I call to get computer fix it was not a working number.  I no longer have that computer and they are not on my new one.  The has harass be now for almost for over a year. Yesterday they call and have to pay them another 2 years and it will cost me $99 to cancel which of the cards do you what to use. Today I got another call and I was very nice because the number does not come up any more.  I was able to get the number 1-866-775-3928 and his name Eric. I ask if I can give her a message.  It was the same old thing I getting notice about my computer error.
I told him I tell her.  This is a total scam.

Absolute scam. Called us pretending to be a legit company, sounds like the guys talking on the phone are in the middle of a Starbucks rather than in a corporate building as they claim. Refuse to actually answer questions pertaining to their "services". They also call from different numbers just after getting off the phone with you from another number. Do not trust these people, believe me they are fraudulent.

This is an absolute scam from computer technicians.  They send you a fake "C" drive showing trojans, Russian people who have invaded your computer, taken your passwords, anything you can think of.  DO NOT TALK TO THEM.  THEY EVEN TRIED TO DELETE MY SOFTWARE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT PAY THEM!!!!

in my previous complaint I forgot to mention the company - it was SYSTHEAL.  TOTAL SCAM.

These people are from India and are always screaming on the phone and it sounds like the room is full of scammers in the background scamming other poor soles .These people are a real piece of work ! They suckered me too ! I've been with them for over a year and it seems every 3 months they will call you and tell you the Russians or Chinese are invading your computer. They will tell you that your drivers are damaged and they need more money to pay the software companies for permission to reload your drivers. Last fall I got hooked and took for $449.00 and they would clean up my computer and I would never have to pay for updated drivers that were damaged. May 1st 2015 again they called same scenario, this time want $299.00 I told them I was at the understanding I would never have to pay for drivers to be updated again. Their reply was we are not charging you a penny its the software companies they have to pay for permission. I told them its not going to happen! The manager Andrew if that's his real name asked well how much can you afford ?  You;ve got to be kidding !!!

This is the same thing that happen to me this month.  I received a call from Eric and he got very angry because I kept hanging up on him but in the end I allowed he to get into my computer.  No cost from them for the service, but had to pay 499.99 for the software.  My computer was working fine but they found many problems and corrected them to bring the compute back to working.  What should I do to get out of the dealing with SYSTHEAL?

Systheal Corp. called and we were told the Russians had invaded our system, drivers were damaged but they could take care of it.  Even sent a "C" drive showing trojan infections.  Our understanding was that for 450.00 they would keep our computer updated and clean for life.Now 2 weeks later we get another call and they want 250.00.  Said the Chinese was invading our compute but they could fix it.   I don't think so, got me once but not again. Theres no talking to these people.  Hang up if they call, FAST.

Thanks for your posts!  You kept me from making a terribe mistake!  I think they are scams too.  I asked for a phone number to call back and he was very reluctant to give me his number.  I will never all them back.  Thanks for the "heads-up" everybody!!

Nice try "John/kirsch". You're a Shill & you've failed. I guess we can all assume that your scam is feeling the pinch. I do hope that this site is helping in a big way to make that pinch even greater!
Your attempt to have a registered user manipulate the votes has been reported to the Admin. The only thing that better exposes a scam than a Shill is an intellectually challenged scammer trying to manipulate the voting by slipping in a registered user to play with the votes. You're so very easily tracked & exposed! No one here is ever surprised though. You Indian scammers aren't exactly known for your intelligence.

why would you pay someone to help you with Quickbooks, when the company that makes it does it for free?  Do you even know who makes Quickbooks?

Yes I was scammed, very similar to all those bad reports. The local police cannot do anything about them. Anyone know if Interpol could be interested?

Scammed me out of 400.00 for computer services!!! I realized this and i was pissed off..Some place in india i believe.. Got smart and blocked the company from contacting me. I now have best buy geek squad for my computer services from now on!!

Immediately file a fraud dispute with the bank.  From the date of your post it might be too late, but sometimes the bank will work with you.
