This number is a scam, no company info, they pretend to be a company collecting debt that you don't owe. They somehow obtain your personal information including ssn# and read it back to you. watch out for someone calling himself Mr. Lucas.

woman called from ph #8621345678 stating that they need to drop of legal papers and to find out more about it pls call 866 775 5385 with a case #. When i asked the office shes calling from she told me JCR. Asked for the address of the company she told me unable to give me the address but the supervisor of that office is Jim Rogers and also this suppose to be a Law Firm out in NJ. This a scam please do not make any long talk with anyone calling from JCR.....

Received a call from 248-134-5678 stating they needed to serve legal papers on my wife (though they referred to her by her maiden name from 10 years ago).  Wouldn't provide any information and gave me the number 866-775-5385 to call.  Called the number, but nobody ever picked up.  Don't give them any info!

this a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Called my home to get in contact with my mother who has not had that name for over 12 yeares. The person calling says she is working for a lawyer to collect a debt and that she has legal papers to serve to me. If she calls again, I will inform her that my phone line has been tapped by the police, who know of their prosecute (v) to me, and that she will be prosecute.

They called my home and my sister in law home trying to collect a debt that was paid in full.   When asked for a fax number and Managers name to fax proof of paid debt, they gave a fake number and Gave name of JCR & Associates.   Will be making several calls tomorrow about this supposed company.

they called my mother in law and need my home address but my mother in law in California  and  need to delivery to my house in reno,   what heck,   i checked the website its was SCAM i aint call them back. i already report to police.  same yesterday  other  different company, i di dnot give them anything info..

Recieved a call from this number and was a dummy and gave them information. Now I can get no answer from them.

THEY CALL EVERY DAY.  I DO NOT ANSWER CALLS IF I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER - I ALWAYS VERIFY.  EVENTUALLY THEY WILL GIVE UP - I HOPE!!

This phone calls are always after 4 one after another, they just don't give up, reported to police and Attorney General with a list of number of calls to me, see what happens.

Legal Offices of JCR & Associates left a threatening voicemail message yesterday, with a minimum of 4 violations of the FDCPA.  This company should be called "Illegal Offices of JCR & Associates".  DO NOT PAY Them!  They are attempting to collect debt illegally!
