Called 2 days in a row and left a voicemail stated "We have an important call for you, please call us at 1-866-804-0869 as your earliest convenience. Again, the number is 1-866-804-0869. Thank you" Called it back within minutes and the number is disconnected. I am called my cell phone provider to alert this to this possible scam.

Its Harley Davidson credit. You must be 2 days late on your payment. (Thats when they start calling you)

Yep, it's HD Credit.  They call you over and over again even though you have told them when you will make your payment.

Continually getting calls at our business from 1-866-804-0869 and no one is ever on the other line.  This may happen 1 -4 times a day and is very annoying!  How do we prevent this?

I get calls at the business I work for.  Never can talk to a person. Just hangs up on you when answered. The number comes up daily. Quite annoying.
Any complaint dept help? I will find out!

This number is from Harley Davidson Credit Corp.  They are always very nice and willing to work with you, if you are behind in payments, etc.  Alot of other companies could take lessons from Harley on communication skills, etc.

EVEN IF YOU PAY THEY CALL.  YOUR JUST AS RUDE AS THEY ARE.

It's HD credit.  My husband was in the hospital and the payment became 3 days late.  They called his cell phone and I answered and they told me they were with Harley Davidson credit but they wouldn't talk to me, even though I am his wife, and would only talk to him.  I assumed they were calling because the payment had come due and I sent the payment.  I explained my husband was in the hospital and unable to talk... so they called no less then seven times a day anywhere from seven in the morning to eleven at night....they called until they recieved the payment.  I would have been happy to talk to them my husband was very sick and it was an honest mistake... I sent the payment out.  They are annoying and very unprofessional.. I can make my husbands medical decisions but I can't talk to Harley Davidson. What a bunch of BS....
