This number popped up on my computer and I thought they were fixing a problem and I signed an agreement for almost $200.00.  After hanging up the phone, I noticed that someone was still accessing my computer, so I immediately turned off the computer and called my computer expert.  He said that Jupiter Support was a scam and deleted everything.  I disputed this charge with my credit card company, but since I agreed to the charge, they can not help me.  These scumbags that prey on elderly people should be punished.  This was a very expensive lesson for me.

I would suggest that you file a police report and then go back to your credit card company with it.  I would also suggest that you get a new credit card company.  This is a well known scam and they should be helping you.
